Do I need to provide the cleaning products?

No, I provide all cleaning products. The majority of products I use are biodegradable. If there are any specific products you would like me to use or avoid, please let me know. I also bring all equipment e.g. mops, hoovers, cloths and more.

How much are your cleans?

Every clean is different. I tailor it to your needs and price per job. I spend my time accordingly and don't rush the job, to give your home that luxe clean.

Do I need to be in the house when you come to clean?

Completely up to you! Whether you greet me and leave, leave a key, stay the whole time or go about your day, I will work around you.

Do you clean AirBnBs?

No I don't provide turn over cleans for AirBnBs or other short term rentals.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes I am DBS checked and have a clean certificate.

Are you insured?

Yes I am insured. The insurance may limit the scope on what I can offer but that will be disclosed in advance.

Do you tidy the house or do laundry?

I ask clients to tidy as much as possible so I am able to spend my time cleaning. I do offer laundry but this is a seperate cost to a clean.

Do you offer commercial cleans?

At the moment I do not offer commercials cleans but this may change in the future.
